Journey Through Time: Exploring Past Life Regression

Special guest presenter Doreen Conaway is returning to lead you towards your past lives! Join us at The Yoga Sanctuary as she guides you into a trance state using Quantum Healing Hypnosis techniques, similar to a deep guided meditation. In this workshop, we will use Past Life Regression to foster healing, growth, and spiritual expansion. You’ll explore past life experiences to gain insights and clarity for your current life situations. During our time together, Doreen will also help you connect with your spirit guides or Guardian Angel for additional support and guidance.
 
There will be dedicated time for journaling your experiences, as well as an opportunity to share and discuss your journey with the group. This reflective and interactive component is designed to deepen your understanding and integration of the insights gained.
