Join The Yoga Sanctuary for this unique 4-week series to better understand how we walk and what you can do to keep walking with stability and ease for years to come. Based on the work of Katy Bowman, a biomechanist, and Jill Miller, a yoga teacher and fascia expert, this series will lead you through movements, exercises, and yoga postures that will help you become a stronger, more balanced, and supple walker. In addition to the techniques explored in class, you will receive supplemental daily practices to continue your walking journey at home. Practices will focus on aspects of strength, balance, and flexibility—all necessary for a whole-body approach to walking well. Open to all levels, no experience necessary.
