Join us for a special sound healing event featuring Himalayan Singing Bowls, in support of Warriors at Ease.
Himalayan singing bowls produce powerful, resonant frequencies that correspond with the body’s chakras—our energy centers—helping to release tension, promote balance, and restore a sense of well-being. Listening to the vibration of the bowls can evoke a state of deep relaxation and meditation that allows us to tune to these sacred spaces and bring us into harmony. This event is open to all, with a special focus on honoring and supporting veterans and active military. Proceeds will benefit Warriors At Ease, an organization dedicated to bringing Yoga to Veterans and the military community.
