Come to the Ribbon Cutting in Honor of Victor Desguin, to celebrate his service to the community and his 94th Birthday. Meet in front of 413 Desguin Lane, Punta Gorda (formerly W. Grace Street). It is understood that this is a Friday evening, but your attendance would be appreciated. Please note the time of 4:30 pm to cut the ribbon.
