Celebrate the spirit friendship in this unique workshop led by Jackie Block, TYS teacher and sound healer. Join us for a fun and enriching experience where Partner Yoga and the power of friendship come together! More than just physical exercise, Partner Yoga is a journey to build trust and have fun with your favorite person. You will be guided through a series of yoga postures that can only be fully realized with the support of another person – and it can be anyone!
The workshop will conclude with a rejuvenating sound session, using crystal bowls and other instruments. The healing vibrations will leave you and your yoga partner feeling rested and refreshed! Open to all levels, no experience necessary.
