No flexibility required—all ages and body types welcome! This six-week series, limited to eight students only, will walk you through the basics of yoga. Learn pose anatomy and alignment, the foundations of yoga philosophy, as well as ways to personalize your yoga practice for specific issues or injuries. Not only will you receive a copy of Yoga Fan: Practice Guide for Everyday, but you will also be given personalized guidance and support to help you to continue practicing yoga even after you finish the course.
