Zumba is a fun, effective dance workout that is a good option for people who enjoy upbeat music and an energetic group exercise environment. Walk-ins welcome! Participants may register and pay as they attend at the PGICA, located at 2001 Shreve Street, Punta Gorda. Instructor: Gigi Caceda. For more information, please call the PGICA at 941-637-1655.
