Our Youth Boxing program is designed to develop discipline, basic boxing skills & techniques such as stance guard, movement, jab, and cross, along with strength and endurance. This class will include jump rope skills, shadow boxing, bag work, partner drills, pad work, and core strengthening exercises. These skills will give kids self-defense tools as well as self-confidence while keeping them physically fit!
Day: Mondays & Wednesdays
Dates: June 6th, 8th, 13th, 15th, 27th, & 29th
Time: 4:15pm-5:15pm
Includes: Use of boxing gloves & completion certificate
