Led by Heleen Schouten, certified Yoga for Golfers teacher, you will learn about your unique body mechanics, how to prevent injury and how to enjoy your golf game. Each week you will have some optional home practice to explore between sessions, giving you the opportunity to feel the difference from week to week.
Take your golf game to the next level with simple yoga techniques you can use both on and off the course. Students should be able to get up and down from the ground comfortably, no previous yoga experience required.
