Join The Yoga Sanctuary for this 3-part sensory awareness series that invites one to tune inward. These three workshop sessions interweave and support each other by virtue of anatomical aspects that overlap and interconnect. Taken individually, each class will provide students with a deeper awareness of the effects of subtle body movements in the specific realm of that class. Taken collectively, the classes will provide students with a deeper awareness of each realm, coupled with a broader understanding of their interconnectedness and the synchronistic effects of subtle body movement across all three.
