Many of us strive to develop a strong yoga practice. But what do we actually know about this practice we explore on the mat? What does it consist of? We know that we move, we breathe, we try to find balance and peace, but what will help to correctly guide us along our journey? In this workshop we will take an in-depth look at the eight limbs of yoga as they were presented in the Yoga Sutras by sage Patanjali. Step by step, through discussion, breathwork, asana, and more, we will discover how our practice can evolve and lead us to Samyama – the end result of our hard work, focus, and concentration.
