Tai Chi Yang 24

In this class, participants will learn the 24 movements of Yang 24. The slow movement will improve coordination and balance, increase your strength and stamina, and decrease your stress. Instructor: Mary Curtis. Cost is $20 per class. Participants can register online at PGICA.org or at the PGICA office located at 2001 Shreve Street, Punta Gorda.
