Tai Chi Double Fan

In this class, participants will learn the basic Tai Chi moves while using the right and left fan. Participants will improve balance and focus and relieve stress and stiffness. The object is to have fun while healing. Instructor: Mary Curtis. Cost is $20.00 per person.
