Join us for a fun and transformative journey where yoga meets strength training. Discover the fusion of yoga poses with weights, resistance bands, or your own body weight to enhance strength and flexibility. Delve into the science of movement and understand the significance of load for your body. Challenge yourself at the edge of discomfort while practicing mindfulness.
 
Each week of this 3-week series will have a specific focus. Session 1: legs; Session 2: chest, triceps, abs; Session 3: back, biceps, and shoulders. You’ll leave with a list of postures to continue your practice at home, as well as how to incorporate everyday common items into your yoga and strength training practices. Don't miss this opportunity to explore the synergy of strength and mindfulness. Elevate your yoga practice and discover the empowering connection between mind, body, and weights!
 
Participants should be able to comfortably move up and down from the ground, or previously attended our Strength Training for Yoga workshops.
