Partner Yoga will heighten your sense of curiosity and exploration. You often just can’t get that feeling of grounding, extension or support on your own. When practicing with another, you can explore poses in depth and support each other in discovering the dynamics of different poses. It may even take you into poses that you’ve never been able to manage on your own. Partner yoga is a great way to practice surrender, empathy and balance. It's also just a lot of fun - you'll laugh as you strengthen and stretch the body! So this Valentine’s weekend, grab a partner and join us for the fun. There may even be a bit of chocolate to share with your partner at the end! No previous yoga experience necessary.
