This New Year?s Day, join The Yoga Sanctuary for a meaningful journey inward, setting a mindful and intentional tone for the year ahead. In this 90-minute experience, we?ll explore the profound impact of shared silence on our inner awareness, honoring a quiet and reflective space from the moment you step into the studio.
Supported by gentle asana (posture) practices, we?ll move through three meditations, each one inviting us progressively deeper. We?ll begin with a grounding meditation, settling the mind and body. You?ll then be led through a guided practice to help create the spaciousness from which our sankalpa?or heartfelt intention?for the new year can naturally emerge. We?ll conclude in stillness, resting in silence and deepening our connection to inner clarity and calm.
