Our gathering will include a brief discussion about the holiday, a short and simple yoga asana (posture) practice, mantra chanting, guided meditation, and the soothing sounds of sound bowls. This special event is open to all, and in the spirit of Guru Purnima is a donation-based class. Pay what you can.
