As we enter the joys and challenges of a new year, we can draw upon the power of women sitting in circle to center us. Our ancestors have used this combined wisdom and energy for centuries. This workshop will incorporate reflection, guided meditation, sharing, music, passages from wise women, and the powers of our collective lenses to examine life and our unique place in it. How can we be more fully present, listen more deeply, and hold space for others? How can we reach beyond the surface chatter of our busy days to recognize and draw upon what is at our core? Beyond the things we do, what gifts do we each bring to life through who we are? Our hope is that participants will leave with a personal ?promise to life,? some tools to guide their journeys, and a new sisterhood of fellow seekers striving to find meaning, stillness, and direction.
