A Community Class: To Benefit the Alzheimer’s Association

The Yoga Sanctuary is excited to offer a Community Yoga Class as a part of our Yoga Teacher Mentorship program, and in support of local non-profits and charities.  Join us for a class to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association, led by TYS Teacher Trainee Carol Ryan! This is a wonderful opportunity to support your community, uplift meaningful causes, and encourage new teachers on their journey—all while enjoying the practice of yoga. This class is open to all levels, no experience required.
