Kathryn Wallace has called Charlotte County home since 2007. Kathryn was honored to begin her commitment to public service in 2007 where she served as an Assistant State Attorney focusing on the prosecution of economic crimes, DUI Manslaughters, and those cases involving the mentally ill over the first 4 years of her legal career. In 2013, Kathryn was honored to be selected and serve for six years as a staff attorney for the the seven judges assigned to Charlotte County. Kathryn conducted legal research and advised the judges regarding all areas of the law and was responsible for drafting thousands of memoranda, opinions, and orders. In 2019 Kathryn rejoined the Wallace Law Firm where she practices in family law, dependency law, and criminal defense. Kathryn is in the courtroom for hearings and trials on a daily basis. Kathryn is an active volunteer in the Charlotte County community.
