The Yoga Sanctuary is excited to welcome back Liz Owen, author of Yoga for a Healthy Lower Back. Liz will be presenting a full weekend of workshops: day one will focus on lower back health and day two will focus on using yoga to help manage depression and anxiety and find our way to emotional balance. Each day, Liz is also offering a focused workshop immersion for teachers and those that would like to deepen their understanding of this essential work.
