On August 29th\, join The Yoga Sanctuary's 30-Day Yoga Month Journey of challenges to discover the life transforming power of a consistent yoga practice both on and off the mat. In addition to the development of techniques and habits that help you to feel stronger\, more relaxed\, and less stressed\, you will also be supporting the Peace River Wildlife Center (PRWC). Our August 29th Kick-Off class starts the journey and all donations collected in that class and throughout the month go directly to PRWC. Designated by the Department of Health & Human Services\, Yoga Month is full festivities happening in all kinds of ways across the country. Hundreds of studios\, teachers\, and students join in.
