DESCRIPTION:The Yoga Sanctuary is excited to announce that we have teamed up with the Peace River Botanical & Sculpture Gardens to offer a monthly outdoor Yoga in the Gardens class! This donation-based class is open to all levels. We will move slowly and explore postures in a way that is comfortable and accessible\, all the while enjoying the beauty of the Gardens. Our class will take place on the south side of the Gardens near the Butterfly House.  Please be sure to bring a yoga mat or beach towel and any other props you might use in your practice. Open to everyone\, there will be plenty of space to spread out. Recommended donation: $20 (includes Garden access)
