Participants are invited to bring a poem that has had special meaning in their lives. We will share these poems and the feelings or thoughts they elicit\, as time allows. With this foundation\, we will then create or co-create our own free-verse poems. For those who may feel unsure about the poetry-writing journey\, we will have prompts or questions to get you started. This workshop is guaranteed to be fun\, thought-provoking\, and a chance to delve into poetry as a spiritual practice. Participants may expand their appreciation of poetry and realize that they can use this powerful form of expression as one of many ways to look inward.
