Event Description:
The Charity Quarter Frenzy Fundraising Event for Valerie's House-Charlotte County is where you can win lots of prizes and help a great charity for just a few quarters. Valerie's House is a nonprofit organization that helps children and families work through the loss of a loved one together to go on to live fulfilling lives. Our vision is that no child grieves alone.
Doors open at 6pm. Auction starts at 6:30pm.
Adults only. No one under the age of 18 of age is permitted inside.
What to bring?
Paddles are $3 each or 3 for $7.
1-2 rolls quarters (or money to buy them there)
Extra $$ so you can shop from the vendors, purchase food, and 50/50 tickets
How it works?
We play 2 rounds. Vendors describe their auction item, most ask for 1-2 quarters per paddle bid. You place your quarters in the bucket and raise those paddles. If your paddle is raised and your number is called you win. If your number is not raised, a new number is called. Paddle numbers can be played all night and win multiple times. Auction items range in value from $25-$125.
