Bhakti yoga, an ancient style of yoga, is the path of love and devotion. Bhakti yoga brings a spiritual dimension to your practice. Yoga doesn't end with Savasana at the end of class. Bhakti Yoga helps you to develop a sense of connection to Divine, both on and off the mat. In this workshop, you will learn a brief history of Bhakti Yoga, and explore its stages and the ways it is practiced. This workshop will include a mini asana practice, pranayama (breath work), chanting, and meditation. Open to all levels of students.
