Balance and harmony exist as a current within the body that is always moving and always self-correcting.  This month opens with a brief centering practice to remind us that we are not broken when we feel out of balance. In times of disharmony\, we are simply mid-current. Using the soothing sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls\, we begin to remember what being centered feels like from the inside out.  You'll leave with a Life Balance Chart - a process for identifying and supporting the three areas of your life that are calling for your attention right now. Open to all\, no experience needed.
